Bill and Connie Kissner listed our vacation home in Englewood for sale after hurricane Ian came through. I was apprehensive about the sale after the hurricane but they produced a buyer and guided us all the way through the sale. We remained at our permanent home in NC due to my wife’s illness. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, their attitude was very positive and they have become good friends. Thanks Bill and Connie.

Bill and Connie Kissner know Manasota Key and Englewood like the back of their hand. They have lived there for years and know many, many people. They are trustworthy, professional, efficient and good people. They sold our place within 24 hours. In addition to the regular owners, they know loads of regular snowbirds who rent and are now interested in buying. Use them when you are buying and selling.

Bill and Connie went above and beyond anything I expected . They are a great team that helped me get my house ready to sell . They helped with cleaning , painting and many other repairs . This sell wasn’t a easy for Bill because it was a divorce case and the soon to be x fought it every step of the way until the judge ordered the sell . Bill could have easily given up on the sell with everything he had to deal with . I highly recommend these fine folks to sell your home . Thank you Bill and Connie you folks are a Godsend God Bless

Bill and Connie met our needs as our relator(s) to sell my sister’s house who recently passed away. Bill and Connie were sympathetic to our situation and assisted us with our endeavor. Since my brother and I were not from the area and we were selling the house right at the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic, Bill and Connie communicated with us digitally and kept us abreast of all new developments. There were a few delays, but the house finally closed two weeks after the original closing date.

Bill Kissner is one of the hardest working person’s I know. Bill has worked in factories as a young man then, worked in construction and finally partnered and managed a very successful restaurant that is still in operation today even after he sold his interest. Over 30 years I have known Bill he never rests on his past successes ,he keeps working hard to continue to be successful in everything he undertakes. We have known Bill for almost 20 years while owning a condo at Pelican Landing. We have spent a lot of time with Connie and Bill in a social setting always enjoying their company. I’ve known Bill and Connie Kissner for over 40 years when they used to live in Defiance, OH. Bill worked in the restaurant/tavern business with his mom and brother and Connie owned a carry out/drive-thru called “Fast Eddies”. I was in the beer and wine business and used to call on them both weekly. Both of them were very driven and passionate in their work ethic displaying attention to detail and always looking for ways to improve. When they moved to Florida I lost touch with them until I happened to rent a villa on Manasota Key. The first morning there I reached into the cupboard for a coffee mug and found one that said Deihl.Brewery, Defiance, Oh. I immediately had to find out who owned this villa and it was Bill and Connie. We ended up renting for them for a couple of years and they were always asking us if anything needed done to the unit. Again showing their attention to detail and professionalism. I wish them much success as they work together as a team in the real estate business. Probably see you again next winter Connie walking your little dog in the mornings as we travel back to Englewood for our two months in the sun. Enjoy life!

I have known Bill Kissner and his wife Connie for the past 20 years, beginning when we first bought our condominium at Pelican Landing on Manasota Key, where Bill and Connie live. During that period of time, I have developed an appreciation for Bill’s knowledge of real estate on Manasota Key and the greater Englewood, Florida area, where he owns a number of properties himself and works actively as a realtor. He truly has an excellent grasp of real estate values and the attributes of the different properties in the area. He also has a wealth of knowledge regarding condominium living, having served on the Pelican Landing Board of Directors on several different occasions. I am currently serving at Treasurer at Pelican Landing and have been pleased to serve together with Bill, who is currently on our Board of Directors and a member of Pelican Landing’s Building Committee. He’s really a hands-on person, who works tirelessly to keep things moving and make positive things happen. Bill was on the Board of Dir. and always worked hard to resolve any problems owner might have. Also, knowing him from PL, I chose him when I wanted to sell my condo. There was only one choice for my wife and I to sell our Manasota Key gulf front condo in Englewood. Bill Kissner did an excellent job for us. I’d like to thank and congratulate Bill Kissner for the smoothest real estate transaction my husband and I have ever experienced. Our condo on Manasota Key was listed on December 4, 2018. Two days later we had in our hands a signed purchase contract!! Bill not only guided us through the listing process, setting the asking price at a figure that we considered to be a very fair and marketable value but, in addition, he negotiated the selling price to a number that seemed acceptable to all. This would be our fifth home and moving from New York to Florida we were anxious to buy the right home. We were even willing to buy a home site unseen, but Connie appropriately warned me off several homes I was interested in. She understands the many complex parameters here in Florida and did not want me to compromise. We waited til we came down to Florida to start looking seriously.
