Deep Business Roots: Bill spent many years working in his family’s Ohio restaurant, Kissner’s, which has been in the family since 1928. Together, we also owned and operated a highly successful drive-through convenience store for 14 years, largely driven by our shared work ethic and Connie’s marketing savvy. Add in a background in national direct mail sales management, and negotiating successful deals is second nature to us.
Construction & Investment Edge: Over the years, we successfully flipped multiple houses, which funded our early real estate investments in Florida. Bill has extensive hands-on experience remodeling various projects. For our condo ,HOA or single family homes clients, this translates into a highly unique advantage: a razor-sharp eye for detail. Family & Community First
Family is at the heart of everything we do. We are incredibly proud of our two successful adult children, whom we raised with a strong work ethic and a focus on education.
We also love giving back to the community we call home. Connie volunteers with our rescue dog, Buddy, as a registered therapy team. Nationally affiliated with Pet Partners and locally with the Suncoast Humane Society, Connie and Buddy visit Englewood Hospital, SW Florida College, Elsie Quirk Library, Charlotte County Library, and Venice Middle School. Through the beautiful “Read with Me” program, children and young adults build their reading confidence by reading aloud to Buddy.
