We have owned,lived, and worked in Southwest Florida since 1997.
Our background encompasses having many properties to buy,renew, sell and rent which led Bill to get his real estate license many years ago. Connie eventually joined him several years ago. Having extensive business, construction, and marketing backgrounds has led to a very successful venture for us. We are both very adept and it comes second nature. You never know where your path in life will take you and this is a very interesting one.
We both owned a drive through convenience store for 14 years. We really rocked the business. Largely in part to Connie’s marketing ability and hard work.
Bill was in business with his family for many years at a restaurant in Ohio called KISSNERS. It has been in our family since 1928.
In the process we flipped many houses and made enough money from that to invest in real estate in Florida.
Bill started remodeling various projects and has extensive experience in homes and condominiums and the how to’s and maintenance of them.
We have two amazing adult children that live in different states. We instilled a very good work ethic in them both. And insisted on focusing on their education to enable them to become good productive individuals.
Connie volunteers with our rescue dog Buddy. They are nationally affiliated with Pet partners and locally with Suncoast Humane Society They visit the Englewood Hospital as well as Elsie Quirk Library, SW Florida College, Charlotte county library ,and Venice middle school. In a program called READ WITH ME. The children and young adults read to Buddy.
